Derelict apartment blocks re-furbished internally and externally by our client to provide 128 1 & 2 bed apartments and including all associated communal spaces and staircases and ornate metal railings and eco stores.
Working in association with our client Rowlinson, the program required up to 4 levels (20 apartments) on each block per month and the associated common areas to be completed.
